Stepping On

Hosted by Gundersen Health System

Time: 2:00 pm-4:00 pm

Location: Gundersen Health System Onalaska, Lower Level Education Center

Info: Seven week (two hours per week) evidence-based program that empowers older adults to reduce their risk for falling and build confidence. The program focuses on how strength and balancing exercises, medication management, home safety, footwear, vision and mobility are important in preventing falls. Staying Active Together

Hosted by the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of La Crosse County

Date(s): Ongoing, Mondays & Thursdays

Time: 9:30-10:30 am

Location: Community Connections Center (1407 Saint Andrew St, La Crosse) OR virtual via Microsoft Teams

Info: One hour FREE cardio, balance, and strength exercises. To register and participate virtually, call the ADRC at 608-785-5700. To register and attend in-person, call the La Crosse Parks and Recreation Department at 608-519-2088.
